Work with us to develop your hearing conservation program

An appropriate hearing conservation program is important for employers to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The Act states that the employer has the duty to protect workers. We work with your Human Resources department to help develop company policies surrounding the implementation of a hearing conservation program.

The hearing conservation program may include:

• Identification of noise levels

• Recommendation for appropriate hearing protection devices

• Required training and education for the use of hearing protection

• On-site hearing screening

• Appropriate referrals to licensed Audiologists in the community
